Our Delivery Guidelines outline the procedures and options available for delivering homemade food items leased by our Sellers and/or Home Chefs. Whether it is outsource delivery through our partner Seller and/or Home Chef and/or Logistic Partner self-delivery, we provide flexibility to accommodate Seller and/or Home Chef preferences and ensure a seamless delivery experience for Buyers and/or Customers.
A) Pre-ordered home-based Food Delivery Guidelines for Buyer and/or Customer
A1. Choose Reputable Providers
A1.1 When placing a food order, it is paramount for the Buyer and/or Customer to prioritise selecting reputable providers. Ensuring that the chosen provider has a solid reputation guarantees not only the quality and safety of the food but also the reliability of the service. Buyers and/or Customers can assess the reputation of food providers by checking online reviews, ratings, and feedback from previous Buyers and/or Customers. Additionally, seeking recommendations from friends, family, or trusted sources can provide valuable insights into reputable food providers. By choosing reputable food providers, Buyers and/or Customers can enjoy peace of mind knowing that they are receiving delicious, hygienic meals prepared with care and professionalism.
A2. Verify Licensing and Permits
A2.1 Before placing an order with a Seller and/or Home Chef, it is essential for the Buyer and/or Customer to verify the licensing and permits held by the Seller and/or Home Chef. These credentials ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations, guaranteeing that the food preparation and handling processes meet the required standards. Buyer and/or Customer can request to see documentation such as food handler permits or licences, which demonstrate the Seller and/or Home Chef’s commitment to food safety and professionalism. Verifying licensing and permits provides the Buyer and/or Customer with confidence in the quality and safety of the food they are ordering, fostering trust and peace of mind throughout the transaction. This proactive approach to verifying credentials ensures a positive and secure dining experience for the Buyer and/or Customer engaging with the Seller and/or Home Chef.
A3. Review Menu Options
A3.1 Before placing an order with a Seller and/or Home Chef, it’s important for the Buyer and/or Customer to thoroughly review the menu options available. By carefully examining the menu, Buyers and/or Customers can ensure that they find dishes that align with their preferences, dietary restrictions, and any specific requirements they may have. Taking the time to review the menu allows Buyers and/or Customers to explore the variety of offerings, from appetizers to main courses and desserts, ensuring they select meals that cater to their tastes. Additionally, the Buyer and/or Customer can inquire about customization options or special requests directly with the Seller and/or Home Chef to tailor their order to their liking. By reviewing menu options in advance, the Buyer and/or Customer can make informed decisions and enhance their overall dining experience with the Seller and/or Home Chef.
A4. Place Orders in Advance
A4.1 Due to the smaller scale of home-based operations, it’s advisable to place your order well in advance, especially for large orders or during peak times.
A5. Communicate Special Requests
A5.1 Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions when placing your order. This allows the Seller and/or Home Chef to accommodate your needs appropriately.
A6. Confirm Delivery Details
A6.1 Double-check delivery details such as the address, delivery time, and any specific instructions you have. Clear communication helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures a smooth delivery process.
A7. Payment and Pricing
A7.1 Clarify the pricing and payment methods accepted by the Seller and/or Home Chef before placing your order. Some may require payment in advance, while others offer cash-on-delivery options.
A8. Be Flexible and Patient
A8.1 Understand that home-based food delivery services may not operate as efficiently as larger restaurant chains or delivery apps. Be prepared to be flexible with delivery times and exercise patience, especially during busy periods.
A9. Inspect the Food Upon Delivery
A9.1 Upon receiving your order, inspect the food to ensure it meets your expectations in terms of quality, quantity, and presentation. Address any issues promptly with the Seller and/or Home Chef.
A10. Provide Feedback
A10.1 Consider providing feedback to the Seller and/or Home Chef after your dining experience. Positive feedback helps them improve their services, while constructive criticism assists them in addressing any shortcomings.
By following these guidelines, you can enjoy the convenience and culinary delights of pre-ordering home-based food delivery while ensuring a safe and satisfying dining experience.
B) Pre-ordered Home-Based Food Delivery Guidelines for Sellers and/or Home Chefs
Welcome to our guide on pre-ordered home-based food delivery! As a Seller and/or Home Chef venturing into the realm of food delivery, it’s essential to ensure that your culinary creations reach your Buyer and/or Customer in the best possible condition while adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Here are some guidelines to help you navigate this process successfully:
B1. Compliance with Regulations

B2. Menu Development
B2.1 Develop a menu that showcases your culinary skills and caters to your target audience. Consider offering a variety of dishes while accommodating dietary restrictions and preferences.
B3. Pricing and Payment
B3.1 Determine your pricing strategy based on the cost of ingredients, preparation time, and delivery expenses. Communicate your prices to Buyers and/or Customers and provide multiple payment options for their convenience.
B3.2 During the checkout process, the Buyer and/or Customer are presented with two convenient payment options:
B3.2.1 PayNow – PayNow facilitates swift and secure transactions directly from the Buyer’s and/or Customer’s bank account.
B3.1.2 Cash Upon Collection – Cash Upon Collection allows for payment to be made in person upon picking up the order.
B3.1.2.1 To ensure the smooth processing of orders, the Seller and/or Home Chef are required to verify the payment before proceeding with fulfilling the Buyer and/or Customer request. This verification step guarantees that orders are processed efficiently and accurately, maintaining transparency and reliability throughout the transaction process.
B4. Ordering Process
B4.1 Streamline your ordering process by providing clear instructions for Buyers and/or Customers to place their orders. Utilise online platforms or social media channels to facilitate easy ordering and communication.
B4.2 Seller and/or Home Chef have the flexibility to select their preferred store operating dates, during which Buyer and/or Customer can place orders that will be delivered on the specified operation date. This unique feature enables Sellers and/or Home Chefs to efficiently manage their inventory and streamline their operations while providing Buyers and/or Customers with a tailored and convenient ordering experience. By allowing Seller and/or Home Chef to choose their operating dates, the platform promotes flexibility and responsiveness, ultimately enhancing the overall efficiency and satisfaction of both Seller and/or Home Chef and/or Buyer and/or Customer alike.
B5. Preparation and Packaging
B5.1 Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene during food preparation. Use fresh ingredients and follow safe cooking practices to ensure the quality and safety of your dishes. Invest in appropriate packaging materials to maintain the freshness and presentation of your food during delivery.
